When your blessed with the surroundings of great company of family and friends, what's a great way to celebrate it, with food.

From the words of Urban Dictionary; boodle fight - "Philippine fine dining. A traditional meal where the food (usually pancit - skinny noodles cooked in grease) is dumped in a pile on old newpaper and then everybody eats as fast as they can using their fingers."  Boodle fight is the same as, if not kamayan style eating (well in theory, yes.) Boodle fight goes back to the era of battle warfare in the Philippines which is a style of eating among the brave solders of the Philippines Military.  It is simply naimas (forgive my Filipino Ilocano language) of food such as seafood, beef, pork, chicken and even goat, why not, rested on a bed of white rice which is displayed on a long row of fresh banana leaves.  But wait there's a catch.  At these boodle fight you don't have utensil whatsoever you literally eat the food with one hand and one hand only.  Since we live in a more civilized part of the world, we enjoy the feast in more of a chilax state of mind and creating many more great memories in life. Stay tuned we'll be posting photos very shortly as we get ready to feast!
